Current setup
In short
- No account is required to read the site.
- Google Analytics 4 is used for usage measurement.
- Bulk inquiry data is collected only when you submit the sourcing form.
- Accepted inquiry records may include your IP address and browser user-agent for security, abuse prevention and request administration.
- Inquiry records stored in our current Cloudflare KV workflow are configured to expire after up to 365 days.
- Daraz and Kapruka links are currently ordinary editorial links, not affiliate links.
- Advertising or affiliate monetization may be introduced later; this policy and on-page disclosures will be updated before such changes go live.
Analytics and technical data
Google Analytics 4 processes usage data such as page views and interaction events and may set analytics cookies. Our hosting and security providers may also process standard request data such as IP address, browser information, requested URL and timestamp for security, delivery and performance.
For the bulk inquiry endpoint, the current anti-abuse workflow also uses the request IP address for a short-lived rate-limit key. That rate-limit key is configured to expire after up to one hour. We use analytics and technical data to operate and protect the service, not to sell a list of identifiable readers.
Bulk inquiry form
If you submit a sourcing inquiry, we receive the details you enter, such as name, organisation, email, phone/WhatsApp, country, product requirements, quantity and any reference links you provide. The accepted inquiry record may also include the IP address and browser user-agent associated with the request.
The current storage workflow is configured with a maximum retention period of approximately 365 days for inquiry records. A notification may also be sent to the site operator through our email-delivery workflow. We may share the relevant product requirements and contact details with manufacturing or sourcing partners where needed to explore options or prepare a quotation.
Please do not place passwords, payment-card data, identity-document numbers or other unnecessary sensitive information in the free-text or reference-link fields.
We do not add inquiry contacts to a marketing list merely because they requested a quote. You can request access, correction or deletion by contacting [email protected].
Spam and abuse prevention
The inquiry form uses technical anti-spam measures such as a hidden honeypot, form-timing checks and a soft per-IP submission limit. Cloudflare Turnstile may be enabled in the future or for specific deployments; if it is enabled, Cloudflare may process technical information needed to perform the anti-abuse check under its own privacy terms.
Shopping, affiliate links and advertising
As of 16 September 2026, retail links to shops are ordinary editorial links and do not pay us a commission. The project may add affiliate links or advertising in the future.
If advertising or affiliate tracking is introduced, we will update this policy, add any required consent/disclosure mechanisms, and clearly disclose the commercial relationship on affected pages. We will not describe future monetization as already active before it is actually enabled.
External sites and service providers
Third-party shops, official source sites, messaging services, analytics providers, hosting/security providers, email-delivery services and sourcing partners have their own privacy practices. Review their policies when you interact with those services or leave this site.
