For client gifts, add presentation, packaging and delivery to individual recipients. Keep the two quantities separate in your brief so a gift-box requirement does not increase the cost of every staff bottle.

Confirm the recipient count, quantity by use, artwork owner, sample approval date and delivery locations. Agree who stores spare stock and whether future starters can receive the same model. A pilot with a small staff group can reveal lid or cleaning problems before you commit to the full order.
