Why now

The shelf changed — and institutions moved first 2026 නීති වෙනස්කම්

Two 2026 rules reshaped bottle buying in Sri Lanka: uncertified plastic drinking bottles can no longer be sold (SLS mark required since 1 April), and government offices banned single-use plastic water bottles from 31 May. Hotels, schools and offices that used to hand out plastic bottles are all looking for the same replacements — glass and stainless steel, in quantity.

That's exactly what this site has researched since the rules landed. Our consumer price research and SLS rules guide are open to everyone — the bulk service exists for buyers whose requirement is bigger than a Daraz cart.

Quick answers

Bulk buying questions නිතර අසන ප්‍රශ්න

What's the minimum quantity?
Around 100 units is the sensible starting point for most programmes — below that, retail channels like Daraz are usually cheaper and faster. Very large or highly customized orders are possible but take longer to quote honestly.
Can I get our logo on the bottles?
Usually yes — logo printing or laser engraving, depending on the bottle type and material. Customization availability depends on product type, quantity and the manufacturing partner, so we confirm what's actually possible before promising anything.
How long does it take?
It depends on specification, quantity, customization and shipping — we won't quote a timeline before we know what's realistic for your exact requirement. What we can promise: an honest answer about feasibility first.
Do glass bottles face import restrictions?
The 2026 SLS rule targets plastic bottles; glass sits outside it. But import requirements can depend on product type, classification and current regulations — for commercial importation, verify with the relevant Sri Lankan authorities or a customs professional before ordering. See our SLS rules guide.
Why buy through you instead of a marketplace?
Marketplaces sell singles; procurement needs specification, consistent quality across hundreds of units, customization and someone accountable who has actually compared the options. That's the gap this service fills — with the same transparency as our guides.
